New York Psychotherapy Clinic

IMG_1860_edited.png

Nadia is a bilingual licensed therapist specializing in parenting, early development, and intergenerational trauma. Her work centers on helping individuals and families build emotional insight, disrupt inherited patterns, and foster deeper connection, with themselves and with others.

A graduate from New York Univeristy and currently pursuing her doctorate in Psychology at Pace University, Nadia’s doctoral work emphasizes child clinical care and neuropsychological assessment. She is currently completing advanced clinical training at the Children’s Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia, where she supports infants, children, and caregivers in a multidisciplinary, family-centered setting. She has also trained at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and worked in several group private practices, supporting adults, children, and families across a range of concerns.

Rooted in her European and Latin heritage and a global clinical perspective, Nadia brings a thoughtful, attuned presence to her work, one that integrates cultural sensitivity, emotional depth, and clinical precision. Those who know her best describe her as compassionate, grounded, insightful, and guided by a strong sense of integrity, qualities that shape both her clinical work and her relationships beyond the therapy room.

At the heart of her approach is the belief that therapy should be intentional, reflective, and rooted in trust. She partners with clients to explore early experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and create lasting change across generations.
